All the Details on Creating a Baby Registry at buybuy BABY
/I’m going to be 100% honest. Creating a baby registry was the one task that I dreaded the most during this baby prep journey. As a first time mom, I felt so anxious over it. Although I received many product recommendations from seasoned mommy friends and family, the task seemed so daunting! My Appointment with an Registry Expert
The coolest thing about creating a registry with buybuy BABY is that you can get help building and managing your registry for FREE! After arriving to the store I was greeted by Sharron who was my in-store Registry Expert. She immediately erased any anxiety I had about creating my registry and put my mind at ease. After taking a few minutes to setup my registry, we were on our way to explore the store. The tour took about an 1.5 hour and Sharron gave us an overview of each of the store’s sections and some of her recommendations. You have the ability to customize the tour to your needs. She also asked me specific questions to get an idea of my taste and preferences.
It was so incredible having someone walk us through the entire process. Since Sharron’s a mom, it was great to get some additional mommy insight.
Navigating the Store

buybuy BABY is super easy to navigate. The store is almost like one giant square and it’s easy to locate whatever section you’re looking for. It wasn’t overwhelming at all! I fell in love with the clothing section and couldn’t resist picking out some outfits for baby girl. This little black dress was a must-buy! I even added a few outfits to my registry. A girl can never have enough clothes. Right? Between selecting clothes, baby gear, diaper bags, carseats, etc, the store has all your baby needs covered!

Nursery Design Assistance
One of the first things I did after finding out I was pregnant, was creating nursery inspo boards on Pinterest. The nursery is the one thing that you totally have to nail as a new mom (no pressure). One of the cool things about buybuy BABY is they offer nursery design services aimed at helping you build your nursery and making sure those items are on your registry. They have a ton of cute cribs, rocking chairs, mattresses, blankets, decor, etc to build the perfect nursery.

We spent a majority of our time reviewing car seats in the car seat section. I was so happy that we decided to purchase one of our travel systems at the store. Purchasing a car seat and stroller will definitely be one of your biggest purchases and all the associates we encountered at the store were super helpful and informative.
Trying on Baby Carriers
I’m all for baby wearing! buybuy BABY has a great selection of baby carriers and we spent a lot of time trying them on. Well the hubster did! We probably had a little too much fun choosing one. I plan on doing a little more research before making my final decision, but it was great getting a jumpstart on the process.
