Is it just me or is time flying? It feels like it was just yesterday when Ginger Marie and I hosted our very first Comp Camp workshop. YAY! After months of planning it was so exciting to see Comp Camp happen.
RJ Mexican Cuisine was the perfect place to host an intimate event for our guests. They provided plenty of yummy drinks and appetizers for our #CompCampers to enjoy.
Special thanks to Jay the restaurant's owner who provided each attendee with a free appetizer card.
One of the highlights of Comp Camp was being able to provide everyone with an awesome swag bag. Ginger and I are all for heavy swag bags and our sponsors really came through for us! Special thanks to OV Dallas for providing our leggings and bra tops for the event. They also provided the cute blue tote swags and each attendee went home with a $20 note.
Hardly Home is one of my favorite travel brands, and fitted us with these cute shirts to wear at the event. Two lucky winners even won giveaways to purchase shirts of their choice from Hardly Home. Comp Camp is all about giving back and a portion of the proceeds were donated to the Hardly Home Initiative, which helps kids obtain passports.
Knock Knock supplied everyone with one of my favorite travel items.
We had hot sauce in our bags...SWAG! Special thanks to Melinda's Hot Sauce for providing these delicious bottles of hot sauce.
We're all about that High Brew Life! Every attendee also went home with a can of High Brew Coffee.
Licorice anyone? Darrell Lea Licorice supplied these yummy bags of licorice.
Plus, Texas-based Polyn products gave each Comp Camper some of their wonderful lip balm and face wash. All of their products are 100% plant based.
Also, big thanks to Goodwipes, Curls, ZizzyBee bags, for providing swag for our guests. It was so wonderful to leave the event and see these awesome posts from some of our attendees. Two #CompCampers also went home with vouchers for free 2 night stays from our hotel partners 21c Museum Hotels and Hotel Valencia Riverwalk.
Comp Camp was a big success and I'm extremely grateful for our sponsors and squad of amazing #CompCampers. If you weren't able to attend the workshop you can click here to purchase a copy of Comp Camp: The Hotel Edition, which was discussed during the event. Will you be attending the next Comp Camp?
